Everyone’s favourite loveable bear is coming to the new retro-style drive-in cinema in north London this July. Make your way to the Troubadour Meridian Water to watch the brilliant Paddington the movie (rated PG) at an outdoor screening. A wonderful children’s tale that parents will also love!
Follow Paddington, a young Peruvian bear, who travels to London in search of a new home with a suitcase filled with nothing but marmalade. All alone and nowhere to go in Paddington Station, he meets the Brown family who read the note around his neck put there by his Aunt Lucy that says, ‘Please look after this bear. Thank you’. The Brown’s offer Paddington a temporary haven with them, although this exceedingly polite, talking bear still manages to get himself into a few spots of trouble. The Paddington Bear movie is 1 hour and 35 minutes of fantastic family-friendly adventure that you don’t want to miss.
The Paddington cast is jam-packed with familiar voices, starring Ben Whishaw as the voice of Paddington, Hugh Bonneville as Henry Brown, Sally Hawkins as Mary Brown, Julie Walters as Mrs Bird, Jim Broadbent as Mr Gruber and Nicole Kidman as Millicent. A heartwarming film with very funny scenes that will make the whole family grin from ear to ear.
